What is technology integration?
Technology integration consists of teachers and students effectively using technology resources and materials in the classroom to support instruction across the curriculum. It allows the students to be actively engaged in their learning. In addition, it also provides a rich environment where student work shows evidence of conceptual understanding. By integrating technology, it provides opportunities for students to apply knowledge in real world contexts. In addition, it provides diverse and cultural experiences and offers a way to enhance and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students. Through the integration of technology, it gives an opportunity to collect meaningful assessment data that informs and allows students to exhibit higher order thinking and demonstrate knowledge.
